Nii Ofori Quaye makes history in Russia

Nii Ofori-Quaye made history in Russia by becoming the first non European in the University and Russia to win first place in the Science and Innovation Awards.
The Contest was held at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) in Moscow. Awards were to be given in the following areas Material Science, Nanotechnologies, Metallurgy – and for the first time Modern Languages and Communication.
Distinguish Experts were in attendance including:
- Julia Gryaznova: The Executive Director of the Russian Public Relations Association
- Anna Krupchenko: The Head of the Department of Modern Languages and Culture Studies at the Academy of Professional Development and Training of Educators.
The contest received over 1000 abstracts from potential contestants in the Category – which have all been published in conference proceedings.
Nii Ofori-Quaye – a masters student in Communications and International Public Relations program, won his category with a project model that focused on customer relations management.
